Operational Security &
Executive Protection

Protect your people, assets and operations, wherever they go.

Executive protection, ground operations in high-risk theatres,
and protective intelligence, under a single command.

Business Need

Your executives travel, invest and operate in high-risk environments where threat signals shift daily, local authorities offer uneven protection, and a single security incident, ambush, kidnap-for-ransom, targeted surveillance, or site disruption, can escalate into a boardroom event within hours.

What's at Stake

Personal safety and duty-of-care liability, interruption of revenue / critical operations, exposure to extortion and insider threats, reputational damage, and a lasting loss of the company's ability and licence to operate in the region.

Executive Protection

  • Advance security reconnaissance and itinerary review
  • Armed and unarmed close protection teams
  • Secure ground transport and vetted drivers
  • Hotel security assessment and pre-positioned evacuation plans
  • Safe-house network activation
  • Coordination with embassies and air assets for medical or security evacuation

Operational Security Management

  • Physical security audit covering access control, CCTV and perimeter
  • Threat vulnerability assessment
  • Security vendor selection and oversight
  • Event-specific security planning
  • Security program review with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Guard force management and certification pathways for security teams

Protective Intelligence

  • Behavioural analysis and threat actor profiling
  • Social media and dark web monitoring
  • Liaison with law enforcement and protective surveillance
  • Automated OSINT monitoring across open, deep and dark web
  • HUMINT network and AI anomaly detection
  • 24/7 monitoring of geo-located risks integrated with travel management systems

A four-stage method.

We read intent and capability of identified or latent threats: criminal, geopolitical, ideological or personal. Open-source signals, in-country sources and historical incident data are fused into a threat picture specific to the principal, their itinerary, their public footprint and their family. The threat picture is the brief — not a generic country risk score.

We calibrate the protection envelope to mission, risk and discretion requirements. Visible deterrence, low-profile coverage, advance security planning, secure ground transport, hotel posture, evacuation contingencies — each component is sized to the actual threat, never templated. The principal's dignity and freedom of movement are constraints, not afterthoughts.

Vetted teams operate on the ground, with protective intelligence on standby. Close protection officers, drivers, advance teams and command-and-control are coordinated by an Altahyr lead; communications with local authorities, embassies and venue security are handled from a single contact point.

We refresh the threat picture as the principal's exposure evolves — new geographies, new public visibility, new business postures. Standing protection programs are reviewed quarterly; incident-driven changes trigger immediate posture revision.

Four ways to engage.

Mission Engagement

Trip or event protection

Single mission scope: a board visit to a fragile geography, a public event, an executive trip into a high-risk theatre, an off-site negotiation. Fixed duration, single Altahyr lead accountable end-to-end.

Standing Protection

Continuous protection program

Multi-month or multi-year program for principals with structural exposure: CEO and family protection, public figures, expatriated leadership. Protective intelligence, close protection teams and crisis evacuation are pre-positioned.

In-Residence Advisor

Surrogate Chief Security Officer

A partner-grade advisor embedded with a principal, family office or executive team for 3 to 12 months, acting as the de facto security director when an internal one is absent or being recruited.

Tech Platform Access

Protective Intelligence Platform

Deployment of our proprietary, sovereign European platform: real-time threat detection, HUMINT-OSINT fusion, AI behavioural analysis, severity-scored alerts, integration with travel and access management — standalone or coupled to an advisory mandate.

Who commissions this kind of mandate.

Executive Protection mandates are commissioned by decision-makers personally accountable for the safety of the people, assets or operations involved:

Answers to the questions we hear most.

For most major geographies we can field a vetted close-protection team within 24 to 72 hours, drawing on pre-positioned correspondents and trusted local providers under our command. Faster windows are possible for principals already covered by a standing program.

Low-profile coverage is our default. We calibrate visibility to the actual threat — never to signal status. Teams are briefed on the principal's preferences, family environment, and operational tempo before the first contact. Discretion is a competence we screen for at recruitment.

We work alongside. The internal security director remains the accountable executive; our role is to bring partner-grade advisory, surge capacity for specific missions, geographies they don't cover, and protective intelligence they cannot run from inside the organisation.
